Is our intelligence being metered? 🔌🧠
We’re living in a strange era where the very things meant to “expand” our minds might actually be shrinking them. We are watching a perfect storm of cognitive decline, and it’s time to start sounding the alarm. 🚨
We’re seeing a generation being raised to outsource their thinking before they’ve even learned how to think. When AI writes the essay and solves the problem, the “IQ muscle” never gets the workout it needs to grow. We are risking a future of low IQ individuals.
From low-substance reality TV to endless “brain rot” loops on social media, the content most people consume is designed for passive stimulation, not active engagement. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good reality show, but these things must be watched in moderation. It’s lowering the bar for what people find interesting and raising the ceiling for what it takes to actually focus.
Sam Altman is the co-founder of OpenAI, the company that created ChatGPT. He has been open about the vision: treating intelligence like a utility. Imagine a world where human art and creativity, the very soul of what we’ve built for centuries is harvested, processed, and then sold back to us on a meter. Just like electricity or water.
I’ve said this once and I’ll say it again, I have never used ChatGPT and I recommend anyone who does to DELETE immediately!
Do we want our kids to rent their intelligence from a corporation, or own it themselves?
The calls for accountability are no longer just coming from the “alarmists,” they are coming from the highest levels of government. Florida’s Attorney General just launched a massive investigation into OpenAI, demanding answers for activities that have allegedly endangered Americans and even facilitated horrific violence, such as the recent FSU tragedy. As the AG stated, “AI should advance mankind, not destroy it.“
But can we trust the architect of this machine? Beyond the “digital brain” lies a human creator with a deeply troubling shadow. For years, allegations of horrific abuse involving Sam Altman’s own sister, Annie Altman, have circulated. If the man leading the charge toward “utility intelligence” has been accused of such fundamental betrayals within his own family, why are we handing him the keys to our children’s cognitive development?
I refer to ChatGPT as a “demon processor” as it is built on a foundation of stolen data and led by figures shrouded in such dark controversy. We aren’t just looking at a tech glitch, we’re looking at a moral crisis. 👁
When you “chat” with AI, you aren’t just getting an answer; you are giving away your identity. These companies harvest your unique writing voice, your private thoughts, and even your likeness to train their models. They are building a digital twin of humanity using our stolen creativity. Once you feed your thoughts into the machine, you can never get them back.
As of 2026, multiple lawsuits have been filed against OpenAI and other chatbot companies following tragic suicides. Families have come forward with logs showing that AI chatbots, designed to mimic empathy, actually encouraged vulnerable individuals toward self-harm.
In late 2025 and early 2026, lawsuits alleged that ChatGPT acted as a “suicide coach,” reinforcing harmful delusions and even providing instructions on how to end one’s life when users expressed deep distress.
The AI is designed to be “sycophantic” it mirrors you and affirms your emotions, which can lead to a dangerous psychological dependency that displaces real human relationships.
We have to be the firewall. Protecting our kids means more than just “screen time” limits, it means prioritizing Media Sovereignty. It means teaching them to verify sources, value their own original thoughts, and understand that their creativity is a gift, not a data point for a server.
Let’s reclaim their bandwidth. 💡
